Customer data for B2B SaaS · done for you

Every morning, know which customers need you, and why.

I connect your CRM, billing, support and product data into one customer record, inside your own stack. Every morning your team gets a short list: renewals at risk, accounts that need attention, customers ready to grow, with the evidence behind every line.

No platform to buy. No full-time admin to hire.

Two weeks · Fixed price from €1,500 · Read-only access to start · You own what I build

Tuesday 08:30 · 4 customers need you today

Example. Fictional companies.

Your customer data is everywhere. Your team pieces it together.

Fragmented systems.

The renewal date is in the CRM, the overdue invoice in billing, the angry ticket in support, the drop in usage in your product.

Context rebuilt by hand.

Five tabs before every call, a spreadsheet before every renewal meeting.

Health scores nobody can explain.

Red or green, and nobody can say why.

One customer record, connected across your tools.

Every system knows a piece of your customer, under a different name, ID or spelling. I link those pieces into one record, with matching rules your team can check. Unknown stays unknown; it never shows up as green.

One record. Everything your team needs to act on it.

  1. 01

    The daily list.

Who needs attention today, ranked, with the reason and the evidence.

  2. 02

    The pre-call brief.

Five lines the day before every customer meeting.

    See how it's built →
  3. 03

    Revenue checks.

Contract vs what's actually billed, per customer.

    See how it's built →
  4. 04

    Automation by tier.

Rules you approve decide what happens. Every action starts as a draft.

  5. 05

    AI you can check.

Summaries that point to their sources.

Clean data first. AI second. Automation last.

Sample work: a stack before and after.

Want this on your own data? That's what the diagnostic does.

How I work. Your tools stay.

Software is easier to build than ever, and harder to connect. That's the part I do.

  1. 1

    Diagnose · 2 weeks

Read-only access. I map your systems and answer one real question with your numbers.

  2. 2

    Build the foundation

One record per customer, linked across your tools, with rules you can check.

  3. 3

    Switch on the list

The daily list and the pre-call briefs, where your team already works.

  4. 4

    Automate by tier

Drafts first. More autonomy once it has earned it.

Built on open, standard tools, so your team can run it after I leave.

Engagements. Price before code.

I agree a written scope and a fixed price before every stage. Stop after any stage.

All prices exclude VAT. Final price depends on the number of tools and the state of the data — you'll have it in writing before anything starts.

Price before code.

You see the scope and the price before I start.

You own the result.

Everything runs in your stack, documented.

No lock-in.

Month to month after the build.

Straight answers.

If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so on the call.

Built by someone who's sat in the seat.

Tim, founder of Seamline

I'm Tim. I've worked on the commercial side of B2B tech, in business development, account management and customer success, and kept running into the same problem: the information you need is there, but spread across systems that don't share the same context. Seamline is my attempt to fix that properly: understand the business question first, fix the data foundation underneath it, and then use AI and automation where they actually make sense.

— Tim, founder

Questions founders ask me.

Tell me which question costs you the most.

A 30-minute call. I'll tell you what's realistic in two weeks, and if I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.
