Who we are

What we collect and why

• Diagnostic form and emails: your name, work email, company, tools and question — to reply to you and prepare a possible engagement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Kept 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.
• Self-check result (optional): your email and answers — to send you the result you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b)). Kept 12 months.
• Client records: contracts and invoices — to deliver our services and meet tax law (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)). Kept 7 years.
• Analytics: we use Plausible, which works without cookies and doesn't store IP addresses or personal data (Art. 6(1)(f)). No cookie banner is needed.

We don't sell data, use it for advertising or make automated decisions about you.

Who receives it

Our service providers for hosting, database, analytics, email and scheduling under data processing agreements. Some are based outside the EU; those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it — email tim@seamline.eu and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
